He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Preston Jones and Hazel Price Jones; and his siblings, Margaret Bennett, Betty Osborne and Delbert Lipford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Stella Ruth Osborne, Helen McCoy and Donald Lee Jones; his nephew Billy Jones (Maricka); and his close friends, Webb, Gloria Griffith and Amy Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
