She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lewis and Cora Canter Lewis; her husband John T. Barlow; her son John S. Barlow; and her brothers, Bill, Bob and Mike Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hallman (Glenn), Patricia Stephens (Eddie) and Paul Barlow (Joy); her sister Geraldine Graef (George); her grandchildren, Johnathan (Tiffany), Allyson, Kimberly, Shelby and Jillian; and her great grandchildren, Colby, Lilly and Addison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
