It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belle Ragan (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Donnelly and Torrence Donnelly; her husband Tip; her siblings, Grace Wilson, Virginia Lewis, Ruth Duncan, Raymond Donnelly and Joe Donnelly; and her granddaughter Amanda Costigan.
She is survived by: her daughter Belle; her sister Margaret "Tootsie" Wallace; her children, Neal Ragan, Pat Puett (Pat) and Peggy May; her granddaughters, Gina Taggart (Jim), Sonia Ragan, Keila Ragan-Wise (Darrell) and Adrienne Holman (James); and her great grandchildren, Nova Segreti, Jenna Reece, Tanner Putnam, Shainna Putnam, Eli Costigan, Emma Costigan, Kaitlin Holman, Emily Holman, Monica Taggart and Jack Taggart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
