He is survived by: his wife Pamala Cody Fenner; his children, Kelly Fenner Roberson Tampa (Greg), Angela Zellman Tidwell (Aron), Will Fenner Easton, MD (Diana) and Wade Fenner Aberdeen, MD (Tisha); his sisters, Mary Woody of Gray, TN and Jane McCormick (Sonny) of Havre; his grandchildren, Autumn Fenner, Trae Fenner, Timothy Tidwell and Jared Tidwell; and his close friend Roby Phillippi.
