It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Artanzy Howard (Mountain City, Tennessee), who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Woodard and Berdie Forrester Woodard; her husband Roscoe Lincoln Howard; her daughter Juanita Howard; and her siblings, Carrie May, Louise Forrester, Villis "Phyllis" Icenhour, Paul Woodard, Jerry Woodard, Dan Woodard, Elmer Woodard, Marion Woodard and Wade Woodard.
She is survived by: her children, Eula Mae Colson, Trula Louise Ward, Betty Howard, Teresa Ann Parsons, Franklin David Howard and Loyd "Earl" Howard; and her brother Glen Woodard. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
