She was predeceased by: her husband Spencer Gentry; her granddaughter Beverly Carty; her siblings, Velma Gentry, Lillian Hawkins, Richard Hawkins Jr., Wilton Hawkins, Willard Hawkins, Newton Hawkins, Calvin Hawkins and Lee Hawkins; her half-brother Walter Shumate; and her children-in-law, Bill Icenhour and Jean Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Icenhour and Derrell Gentry; her sister Bonnie Icenhour; her sister-in-law Bonnie Ruth Hawkins; her grandchildren, Kim Garrett (Don) and Becky Jo Eastridge (Johnny); her great grandchildren, Andy Lewis (Brittany), Leanna Garrett and Katie Timbs; and her great great grandchild Harper Lewis.
