He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison Davis Oliver and Lona Lee Alcorn. He is survived by: his children, Casey, Tammi, Ashley, Raquel and Nathan; his siblings, Sarah, Kenneth and Cyrus; his pets, Zeus and Bonnie; and his close friends, Larry, K. D., Kathy and Bruce. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
