He is survived by: his sons, John Beard (Brenda), Henry Beard (Heather) and Allen Beard (Holly); his grandchildren, Christy Lynn Beard (Aaron), Andrew Beard (Kelly), Christian Beard and Peyton Beard; and his great grandchildren, John Byrd, Adalynn "Annie" Byrd and Kenna Beard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
