He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Lovett and Carrie Josephine Swan Lovett of Virginia; his wife Barbara Vaughan; and his sister Pam Lovett. He is survived by: his children, Scott Lovett of Columbia, Brian Lovett (Mary Beth) of Mt. Pleasant and Kelly Lacy (Corey) of Summertown; his siblings, Delmer Lovett of Mt. Pleasant, Carl Lovett (Cathy) of Mt. Pleasant, Sandy Wood (Danny) of Mt. Pleasant, Charlene Craig (Mike) of Mt. Pleasant and Lisa Cummins (Marty) of Mt. Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Brandon Lovett, Mary Catherine Lovett, Jason Lovett, Ashtin Lacy, Preston Lacy, Maggie Lacy and Madison Breece Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
