He is survived by: his mother Betty Simmons; his children, Jessica Simmons, Cristy McClain, Jesse Davis and Daniel Eastep; and his grandchildren, Amber McClain, Leland McClain and Emmitt McClain. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters.
