She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pennington and Ragsdale; her son Dennis Burlison; her granddaughter Anna Escobar; and her sisters, Robbie Smith, Christine Shaffer and Betty Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hardiman, Nell Brannon (Bobby), Debbie McKennon, Shelia Carroll (Michael), Eddie Hinson (Kristy Kay) and Lynn Epperson (Sammy). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
