He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Holt and Ann Cross Holt; and his brother James Michael Holt. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Ann Marie Strange of Birmingham, AL and Vanisha Joann Rankhorn of Hendersonville, TN; his brothers, Robin Holt of Mount Pleasant, TN and Billy Lee Holt of Manchester, NH; his aunt Jannie Cross of Ethridge, TN; and his close friend Kim Killen of Mount Pleasant, TN.. He is also survived by two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
