She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Kollay and Florence Louise Allison Kollay; her husband Thomas C. Lewis; her son Craig Jackson Lewis; and her sister Judy Case.
She is survived by: her son Drew Lewis (Jennifer) of Santa Fe; her grandson Andrew Lewis; her daughter Victoria McGuire (Neil) of Columbia; and her grandson Brent Smith.
