He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bliss Walters and Catherine Louise Jones Walters; and his wife Linda Sue Isabell Walters. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Dawn Skelton (Jesse Parham) of Mt. Pleasant and Candy Ann Brewer (Glen) of Columbia; his siblings, Dale Patterson of Columbia, David Keith Patterson of Columbia and Donna Fay McQuillen of Mt. Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Justin Williams, Zachary Pinkston, Cameron Skelton and Lakota Parham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
