He is survived by: his mother Shirley Glyn Martin Johnson of Columbia; his son Jake Johnson; the parent of his child Lara Johnson; his sisters, Tammy Greksa (Gary) of Columbia and Katherine Burleson (Adam) of Summertown; his grandmother Hazel Willoughby Martin of Columbia; his aunts, Kathie Martin, Beverly Green (Wayne) and Darlene Fisher; his nieces and nephews, Cole Cheek (Marissa Castano), Paige Janowicz (Nick), Lincoln Burleson, Amelia Burleson, Charlotte Janowicz and Henry Janowicz; his close friend Elizabeth Campbell; and his cousins, Josh Martin (Mallory), Joanna Loyed (Micah), Ronnie Weaver, Karen Lane (John) and Jennifer King (Jonathan).
