He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Bolton and Nettie Collins Bolton; and his siblings, Ethel Nolen, James Howard Bolton and J. P. Bolton.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Bolton; his sons, Harry Dewayne (Vickki), Roger Lee Bolton and John Jay Bolton (April); his grandchildren, Nora Bolton, Michael Bolton, Grace Bolton, Carla Bolton, Roger Bolton, Jr., Nina Bolton, Patrick Estes and Savannah Bolton; and his siblings, Robert Bolton (Barbara) and Betty Grooms (Roy Wayne).
