He is survived by: his children, Stella Hudson, Trudy Bentley (Jason), Emily Beard (Billy), Angela Cummins (Jason) and Matthew Chapman; his siblings, Perry Chapman (Debbie), Linda Butler (Wayne), Terry Chavis (Rita), Rachael Jennings (Marc), Daryl Chapman (Cathy), Sarah Chapman, Valorie Esposito (Dennis), Janice Franks and June Richardson; his significant other Patricia Ann Chapman; and his sister-in-law Stella Runions. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; and other family members.
