He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Fernoy and Mary Montez "Brock" Miller. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Miller (Pavliska); his children, Max Miller of Mt. Pleasant, Tomica Whaley (David) of Knoxville, TN and Sundi Howell (Michael) of Athens, AL.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Matthew Miller, Caleb Howell and Lauren.
