He is survived by: his wife Ruby McKennon; his children, Patty King (Brad), Chad Pugh (Darlene), Kevin McKennon, Angel McKennon and Eddie McKennon Jr. (Joanna); his grandchildren, Emma Chapman, Eli Chapman, Easton McKennon, Katie Pugh, Bella Pugh, Amelia Pugh, Kadence McKennon, Kristopher McKennon, Brooke Thompson, Peyton King and Brantley King; his great grandchildren, Anthony Thompson and Bentley Thompson; and his siblings, Jackie McKennon (Sharon), Buddy McKennon (Sandra) and Cathy Lovett (Carl).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Mt Pleasant (819 N Main St, Mt Pleasant, TN 38474). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Family Cemetery.
