He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nelson and Patricia Mostiller Buchanan; and his stepfather James H. Buchanan. He is survived by: his fiancé Michell Cooper of Mt. Pleasant, TN; his sons, Jonathan Mostiller (Hayley) of Columbia, TN, Christian Mostiller of Pulaski, TN and Deon Blackison (Zakiyah) of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Keyonna Mostiller-Benyi (John) of Nashville, TN, Howard Buchanan (Marsha) of Kentucky, Kerry Buchanan (LaRessia) of Columbia, TN, Michael J. Buchanan (Deon) of Memphis, TN and Eric Buchanan of Kentucky; and his grandson Josiah Mostiller.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul AME Methodist Church (405 Church St, Columbia, TN 38401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
