She was predeceased by: her mother Lisa Duke Dover of Murfreesboro, TN; her daughters, Elliana and Samantha Moss; and her brother Johnathon Hickman. She is survived by: her father Henry Asbury Duke, Jr.; her fiancé Samuel "Sam" Moss of Mt. Juliet, TN; her children, McKenzie Schultz of LaVergne, TN, Cameron Schultz of Smyrna, TN, Johnathan Duke of Murfreesboro, TN and Joseph Moss of Old Hickory, TN; and her sisters, Gina Duke of Murfreesboro, TN., Daisy of Murfreesboro, TN. and Rose Duke of Murfreesboro, TN..
