He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Regina Adams; his sister Nancy Allen (Ross); his brother-in-law Dale Hollis (Heather); and his great-niece Swayze. He is also survived by one daughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
