It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Hayes of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Gary Hayes; and her parents, William Johnson and Ann Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Rollins (Robert) and Tonya Potts (Marty); her grandchildren, Matthew Hayes (Kristen), Allyson Smith (Josh), Joey Hayes and Zoe Hayes; her great grandchildren, Addyson Smith, Harper Smith, Bo Hayes and Palmer Hayes; and her siblings, Betty Johnson, Ronnie Johnson and Thomas Johnson. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, friends.
