She is survived by: her sons, Michael Leavell (Denise) and Mitchell Leavell (Mickie); her grandchildren, Crystal Thomas (Clint), Kari Leavell McMillan (Ryan), Clint Leavell (Tasha), Jewell Lawson (Joshua) and Nicholas Leavell; her brothers, Bill Duncan (Sherry) and John Duncan (Nancy); her great grandchildren, Kylan Thomas, Corbin Thomas, Lexi Leavell and Coleman Leavell; and her close friend Lewis Crook.
