She is survived by: her husband David Stephens; her children, Heather Head (Chad), Stephanie Stephens (Brian Cozby), Malone Stephens and David Stephens (Paige); her siblings, Vinnie, Kent, Belinda, Ty and Lou; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Jake, Reagan, Layne and Reed. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
