It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Lynn Hiter (Mount Juliet, Tennessee), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hiter and Eva Hiter; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Cason and Chuck Mitter. He is survived by: his wife Jan Cason; his siblings, Bennie Mitter, Linda Hiter and Joe Hiter (Renetta); his children, Angela Parker (Shea), Amy Beth Simms (Dennis), Andrea Moore (Ross) and John Andrew Hiter; his grandchildren, Tanner Simms (Hannah), Alexis Moore, Abby Moore, Tyler Simms, Austin Parker, Landon Hiter and Carly Parker; his great grandchildren, Charles Layton Simms and Daylynn Moore; and his grandchildren, Jim, Lois Williams and Larry McMasters. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
