We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2023, James Harold Gaines of Mount Juliet, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William David; his son James Gaines (Tony); and his siblings, Jacqueline Callahan, Lula Mae Noah, Margarette Rutledge (Gaines), John Broadus, William Dupree and Thelwood Gaines.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Gaines (Burton); his son Russell Joe Gaines (Rusty); his daughter-in-law Vicki Gaines (Sizemore); his grandchildren, Christy Odom (Garrick) and Grant Gaines (Laura); his great grandchildren, Will, Ella Jo, Ava and James Michael of Mt Juliet, TN.; and his brother Charles Byron Gaines of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Jim's name can be made to the Gladeville Church of Christ - 1435 Gladeville Road, Mt Juliet TN 37122.
