With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Loy Keeney of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney "Rocky" Loy of Knoxville; her former husband Jack Keeney of Clinton; and her sons, Bradley Loy of Knoxville and Darrell Loy of Knoxville. She is survived by: her daughter Kimra; her children-in-law, Doug Merritt, Debbie Loy Caldwell (Rodney) and Cathy Loy; her grandchildren, Sydney Jenkins, Lara Merritt, Matt Loy (Andrea), Makenzie Partida (Danny), Rachel Terrier Hill and Kirby Sellers; her stepbrothers, Carl, Johnny and Richard Bailey; and her friends, Tony, Loretta Reda, Moya Leuty, Lucille Thomas and Heidi Solomon. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
