She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Gaddis and Nellie Mable Sanders Gaddis; her husband James Cecil McWilliams; her son Michael McWilliams; and her siblings, George Gaddis and Mary Gaddis.

She is survived by: her son David McWilliams (Doris); her grandchildren, Jeanna McWilliams, Jennifer Barth (Brian) and David McWilliams II; and her great grandchildren, Robert Barth (Michaela), Katelyn Barth and James McWilliams.
