She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Spray and Wilma Spray; and her significant other Allen Earheart. She is survived by: her siblings, Diane, Rita, Johnny and Sharon; her children, Michelle Garrett (Jerry), Lisa Earheart and John Earheart; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Nella and Maci Garrett.

In lieu of flowers, Darlene requested that any donations be made to The Shriner's Hospital for Children.
