He is survived by: his wife Jacquline; his son David Sampson (Krista) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his sisters, Virginia Bake of Lincolnton, GA, Wilma Jean Gilbert (Mannie) of Jacksonville, AR and Judy Johnson of Hermitage, TN.; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Alivya, Landon, Logan, Victoria, Jolene, Devin, Mike, Mathew, Dale Jr., Wayne, Josh, Cody, Hassa and Jonathan; and his in-laws, Alice Mullins of Okeechobee, FL, Robert Mullins of Okeechobee, FL, Frank Mullins of Okeechobee, FL, Patrick Mullins of Okeechobee, FL and Lynda Mc Fadden of Westmorland, TN.
