It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Derrick of Mount Carmel, Tennessee, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Brenda Mullins. She is survived by: her husband William Steve Derrick; her father Harold Mullins; her daughters, Tabatha Dean (Aaron Ewing), Sarah Blizzard and Megan Reed; her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Alexa, Kimberley and Arya; her siblings, Kim Yates and Will Mullins; and her cousin Becky Mullins (Tammy Vees). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with the funeral expenses.
