She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Bowen Sexton (Jackie) of Gate City, VA, Sherry Bowen Brown (Mark "Chip") of Mount Carmel, TN, Melissa Bowen Neff (Greg) of Surgoinsville, TN and Paula Bowen Kern; her grandchildren, Danielle Throp (Walker), Whitney Mayeaux (Scott), Kayla Townsend (Dustin), Tanner Neff, Ethan Neff, Kiana Epperson and Will; and her siblings, Thelma Rhoton of Gate City, VA, Paulette Rains of Kingsport, TN, Brenda Gillenwater (Larry) of Kingsport, TN and James Carter of Gate City, VA. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
