He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Marsh and Marie Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Marsh; his sons, Brian Marsh of Kingsport and Wes Marsh (Laci) of Orlando, Florida; his granddaughter Kenlee Marsh; his sisters, Sue Pope (Barry) of Port Orange and Deb Miller (Jerry) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and his close friends, Harold, Brenda Owens, Michael, Pam Browder, Jerry, Nelda Fleenor and Rod Holt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
