We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, Janet Leigh Van Winkle of Mount Carmel, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandson Jesse Mullins; her parents, Claude Harless and Margie Harless; her brothers, Ronnie Harless and Gary Harless; and her grandparents, Ira and Ethel Garrett.

She is survived by: her son James "Eddie" Mullins; her granddaughter Ashely Mullins; her great grandchild Sofia Mullins; and her sisters, Thelma McCullough (Steve), Bonnie White, Pam Earls and Lynn Wagner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, a host of friends.

Masks and social distancing are encouraged but not required.
