He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon P. Klepper and Cora Arnold Klepper; his former wife Minnie Lee Klepper; his son James R. Klepper; his son-in-law David Beavers; his grandson Wesley Thomas; and his great grandchild Bauer Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Simpson Klepper; his sister Bertha Lawson; his daughters, Juanita Womac (Max), Rosetta Beavers and Roberta Thomas (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kevin Gray, Chris Greene, Bryan Gray and Stephanie Mitchell. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
