He was predeceased by: his father Donald Curtis Kelly; his grandparents, Clyde Eugene Carter (Faye) and Harkins Kelly (Myrtle); his brothers, Kevin Eugene Carter and Israel Kelly; and his stepbrother Freddie Darnell.
He is survived by: his mother Connie Caldwell (Carter); his wife Connie Kelly (Laney); his stepmother Jennifer Kelly; his children, Olivia Kelly, Amy Hall, Brandi Williams (Matt) and Corey Kelly (Savannah); his grandchildren, Hailey Hunt, Caydan Hunt and Eliza Williams; his nephew Sammy Ervin; his pet Roxy; and his brothers, Butch Laney, Kevin Smith, Howard Bowman and Ricky Carter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
