She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Slemp and Florence Slemp; and her siblings, Sue Little, Michael and Stewart Slemp.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her daughter Sarah Horne (Bobby); her niece Beth Kelly (Shawn); her grandchildren, Christian Kelly, Jackie Kelly, Wesley Horne and Elana Horne; and her brother Bobby Tucker (Linda). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
