He is survived by: his wife Marie Head "Pat"; his children, Donna Bell and Kenny Head; his stepson Jerry Coone (Teresa); his grandson Seth Sadler; his siblings, Kaye Maxwell, Judy Crouch, Harold Head and Ross Head; and his nieces, Debbie Stearns and Linda Hudson.
