He is survived by: his wife Reba Smith; his sons, Steven Smith, Jason Smith (Pamela) and Grady Evans (Melanie); his grandchildren, Jon, Anna, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Dustin, Bryce, Joshua, Cameron and Wyatt; and his brothers, Phillip Smith (Diane) and Bobby Smith (Judy).
As per request of the family, flowers are welcome but any donations made please put toward the expense of the funeral.
