He is survived by: his wife Connie Johnson of Moss, TN; his daughters, Kimberly Head (Gary) of Celina, TN and Amanda Hale (Clayton) of Moss, TN; his siblings, Mackie Odell Johnson of Livingston, TN and Lola Johnson of Monroe, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Garrett, Zander Hale, Lexi Head, Abby Head and Hobie Hale; and his great grandchild Nolynn Michelle Spivey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
