With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Craighead of Moss, Tennessee, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Smith Craighead; his children, Lyra Craighead, Gatlin and Lawson Craighead; his parents, David Craighead and Wannie Craighead; his sister Amber Netherton (Tillman); his nieces and nephews, Paisley Smith, Ezlyn Hicks and Graylan Netherton; his grandmother Katherine Craighead; his parents-in-law, Troy and Annette Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Cheyenne, Sydney and Olivia Smith. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
The family request any memorial contributions be made toward the expense of the funeral.
