He is survived by: his wife Robbie Rhoton; his son Joseph Burks (Holly); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Andrew Burks, Faith, Rachel, Eve, Remington and Ember Burks; and his siblings, Eva Joyce Rhoton, Emma Jean Davis, Doyce Lawson (Larry), Royce Rhoton (Thelma) and Wayne Rhoton (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
