She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Capps (Anthony Capps) of Moss, TN and Bill Brown of Livingston, TN; her sisters, Rose Bishop of Indianapolis, IN and Ruby Shoopman of Burkesville, KY; her husband Mitchell H. Capps; and her granddaughter Elizabeth L. Capps. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren; A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
