She was predeceased by: her parents, Flonis Cutshaw and Effie Cutshaw. She is survived by: her son Jimmy R. Collins Jr.; her daughter-in-law Shenna Waddell; her grandchild Seanna Mae Hinkle; her great grandchild Maelyn LeVaughn Hinkle; and her siblings, Charlotte Ross, Patsy Rice, Linda Ottinger, Diane Ottinger, Roy Cutshaw, Raymond Cutshaw and Baby Cutshaw.
