He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Evelyn Whitehead, Roy Combs and Kay Chandler; his stepfather Bill Kisner; and his aunt Sheila Whitehead.
He is survived by: his sons, Seth Whitehead and Bralynn Warner; his parents, Cindy Kisner and Steve Whitehead (Barbara); his brothers, Eric and Peyton Whitehead; his niece Sadie Whitehead; his fiancée Michelle Vance; his fiancée's children, Tommy Vance, Cory Vance, Brittany Justice and Whitney Justice; and his aunt Jeanie Whitehead Weldon. He is also survived by grandchildren, special aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
