He was predeceased by: his father Ambrose Willett; his children, Rose Ann Willett Landers and Terry Dwane Willett; his brother Johnny Willett; and his brother-in-law Charles Walker.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Walker Willett; his daughter Amanda Bradley of Mosheim; his son-in-law Allen Bradley of Mosheim; his granddaughter Deidre Michelle Landers of Mosheim; his sister-in-law Betty McCamey Willett of Mosheim; his niece Julie Willett Oakes; his nephew Johnny Willett Jr. of Greeneville; and his close friends, Carol Potter, Jerry Shipley and Kathy Lutz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
