She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Wampler; her granddaughters, Chloe, Olivia, Addison and Madison Wampler; her parents, John Pruitt and Dorothy Pruitt; her brother Terry Pruitt; her parents-in-law, Jed and Pauline Wampler; and her sister-in-law Brenda (Bill Hurst).
She is survived by: her son Chad; her daughter-in-law Angie Wampler; her grandsons, Tyler Wampler (Taylor), Zackary Wampler (Catie) and Austin Wampler; her sister Lori; her siblings-in-law, Terry Chappell and Sandy Pruitt; and her close friends, Kay Ellenburg and Phyllis Day.
Janet was very well known for her great cooking talents and her contribution to anyone in the community.
