He was predeceased by: his parents, Toy Ragan and Catherine Ragan; and his siblings, Kenneth Ragan, Paul Ragan and Reba Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jones Ragan; his brother Tommy Ragan of Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Ragan, Joyce Wilhoit, Paula Noe, Aaron Ragan and Barry Wilson. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
