She is survived by: her children, Dalton Anthony Owens (Jaylen Owens), Terry Lynn Owens III and Ashlyn Haven Owens; her brother Arthur Clark Hixson, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Jace Hixson and Lindsey Hixson; her sister Patricia Dale Smelcer; her nieces and nephews, Cori Wheeler, Toby Nelson and Shawn Smelcer; her parents, Arthur Clark Hixson, Sr. and Stella Mae Hixson; her uncle Lynn Hixson; her cousin Celeste Hixson; and her close friend Terry Kirkpatrick. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles; and other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
